Is it easy to return items?

So easy! Once your online order has been processed, we will email you with shipment tracking information. We gladly accept returns or exchanges if you contact us within 72 hours of when your order has been delivered. Begin by emailing us at cheesecakeboutique.net.returns@gmail.com . Tell us what items you are returning, & the reason for the return/exchange.

Please be aware - the original credit card transaction fees will not be refunded to your card if you choose to return your purchase.

If an exchange of size is needed, you must also email cheesecakeboutique.net.returns@gmail.com to receive authorization and return instructions. Please type: EXCHANGE in the subject line of your email. We will ship the exchange upon receiving your return if stock is still available, otherwise, you'll be issued a refund.

If we do not hear from you within the 72 hours,

Your order will be classified as final & complete.

 

Return-To-Store Of Online “Self Pickup” Order

If you live locally and have purchased online, you can choose self pickup to receive your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will notify you by email you that your order is ready for pick up. You have 72 hours from the time that you have picked up your order to contact us if you would like to return or exchange. Begin by emailing us at cheesecakeboutique.net.returns@gmail.com . Tell us what items you are returning, & the reason for the return/exchange. Please type: RETURN in the subject line of your email.

Please be aware - original credit card transaction fees and applicable shipping costs will not be refunded to your card if you choose to return your purchase.
 

If we do not hear from you within the 72 hours,

Your Order will be classified as final & complete.

Once we have received your request for return - We will email you back confirming your request. All items listed for return must be physically returned to our store location within 2 days.

Do you provide a return shipping label?

Yes! Once we have received your request for return - We will email you a link to print a personalized return shipping label, so you may easily return the item(s). This label ensures that we can accurately track your return & must be used or your return will be refused. All packages must be in transit within 2 days of when the return label has been issued.

How soon will my refund be processed?

Returns will be processed within 5-8 business days (Mon-Fri, not including holidays) after we receive & inspect your package. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus shipping costs and original credit card transaction fees. Depending on your method of payment, it may take up to an additional 14 days to see the amount returned to your account.

What items can be returned?

In order to be eligible for return, items must be returned with the original sales receipt, and in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Items must not smell of smoke or perfume. Items should be free of deodorant, pet hair or make-up.  Some items ship with an additional attached return tag. Merchandise returned without the original return tag attached may not qualify for a refund. Footwear must include the original shoe box, in its original condition. (You may NOT use the original shoe boxes to ship footwear. Shoes and their original shoe boxes must be shipped within a larger box.) If any of these requirements are not met, we are not able to process your return, and the item(s) will be shipped back to you at your expense.

What items are considered Final Sale?

Items that are unable to be returned are

  • Sale items (Any Item that is marked down)

  • Accessories (Jewelry, scarves, hats, etc.)

  • Undergarments

  • Purchases kept after 72 hour try on period

Please make final sale selections with care.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item(s), shipping costs & credit card transaction fees will be deducted from your return and are non-refundable.

In-Store Return Policy

Items purchased in-store are eligible for store credit only in our brick and mortar store. Returns for unworn merchandise with all tags attached will be accepted within 14 days of purchase with your receipt. Sale items, jewelry and undergarments are final sale.
