Currently all of our inventory items are for personal use & are unable to be returned. When we receive your order - we take great care to inspect your purchased items before carefully wrapping them for safe shipping. This ensures your item(s) will arrive in perfect condition.

Who is responsible for shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and fees are non-refundable.
We ship our orders using USPS (United States Postal Service). Orders are usually processed and leave our warehouse within 2 business days (Mon-Fri, not including holidays) of your order date, not including weekends and holidays. After holiday weekends or major sales, there may be a delay of up to 2 additional business days (Mon-Fri, not including holidays) to process your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays.
If there is a mistake with your shipping address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to correct this ASAP - Please type SHIPPING ADDRESS in the subject line . We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any updates to your order if you contact us more than 12 hours after your order has been placed (not including weekends). If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. Please double check your orders!
We will gladly ship up to 20lbs of beautiful merchandise all the way to Hawaii! Our rates are competitive and are based on weight and are adjusted for postal distance zones related to our Ohio location.
Should you decide to refuse any shipments from Cheesecake, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If you placed your order with standard shipping, we are able to cancel orders if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order (not including weekends or holidays). If you placed your order with expedited shipping, we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order since we prioritize those orders to get them to you on time.

PickUp Must Be Scheduled Via Text Message
If you are local to the Columbus Ohio Area, we are more than happy to arrange a time for pickup. Select "I'll Pick It Up Myself" during checkout. Just follow the steps to enable this option, complete your purchase and then text us your order number and a message requesting local pickup. We will respond in 24 hours to coordinate a scheduled time for you to pickup your purchase.
