Returns

After many years as a brick and mortar location we decided to go completely online - this move has afforded us the ability to pass along incredible discounts on the items we sell. Since all of our items are always marked down - you never need to wait for a sale or a discount.  Because all items are on sale - All purchases are final sale & unable to be returned. This enables us to offer you those bargain prices all the time. When we receive your order - we take great care to inspect your purchased items before carefully wrapping them for safe shipping. This ensures your item(s) will arrive in perfect condition.

Who is responsible for shipping costs?

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and fees are non-refundable.

*Sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to an Ohio address.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 & flat rate shipping of $15 for all other purchases. We ship our orders using USPS (United States Postal Service). Orders are usually processed and leave our warehouse within 2 business days (Mon-Fri, not including holidays) of your order date, not including weekends and holidays. After holiday weekends or major sales, there may be a delay of up to 2 additional business days (Mon-Fri, not including holidays) to process your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays.

If there is a mistake with your shipping address, please send us a message or email us at cheesecakeboutique.net@gmail.com to correct this ASAP -  Please type SHIPPING ADDRESS in the subject line . We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any updates to your order if you contact us more than 12 hours after your order has been placed (not including weekends). If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. Please double check your orders!

Local Pickup & Delivery

PickUp Must Be Scheduled Via Text Message

If you are local to the Columbus Ohio Area, we are more than happy to arrange a time for pickup. Select "I'll Pick It Up Myself" during checkout. Just follow the steps to enable this option, complete your purchase and then text us your order number and a message requesting local pickup. We will respond in 24 hours to coordinate a scheduled time for you to pickup your purchase or to put you on our local delivery day.
