At Cheesecake Boutique, our goal is to best serve our customers. Knowing this, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything in our power to make it better.
Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you think that you’ve received a defective item, please contact our customer service team via email within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can fix the order.
Here is a brief breakdown of our return procedures:
Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a store coupon code sent via email.
We cannot issue refunds.
All returns must be received within 2 weeks of the date that we ship out your order.
Anything item purchased that has received a discount is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
Include your return form and original receipt.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our store.
We have a limited number of products on the site and, because of this, can’t always guarantee an exchange. Luckily, The we feel your pain and will issue you a store credit in the form of a coupon code sent via email as soon as possible! If the right size in the right style is available, you can use your coupon code to purchase it.
Any products purchased must be returned within 2 weeks of shipping
and all items are only eligible for store credit issued in the form of a coupon code.
All returns must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags,
including any Cheesecake Boutique hangtags still attached.

All we need you to do is fill out the return form included with your order and slip it into the package with your original receipt and the item you are returning.
Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Once we receive the shipment we will unpack it and process the return as quickly as we can! Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your store coupon code to be issued via email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
Here are a few things to remember about your store credit issued in the form of a coupon code and sent via email.

Your coupon code can be used during the checkout process.
When used, it will debit the amount of the credit from your order.
Coupon codes never expire.
Your use of the coupon code constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If you need to cancel your order we totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Once we initially process your order at the store (usually within 1-2 days) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
